7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at aluzairarabianwear@gmail.com.
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange the return pickup from your location.
Please note — the customer is responsible for the return process, but we will assist and coordinate pickup to make it smooth and easy.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged, or

• You received the wrong product

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain type of items cannot be returned :

• Customized or personalized products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before requesting one.

Refunds

We issue refunds only for items returned in perfect condition — undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
